Building Dynamic Que Team (Bronze/Silver)(Starting to play soon)

Hi I will make this simple. I am looking for four people who want to grind ranked together as often as possible. My ambitions are to make it to at least plat as I as Gold 2 last season. I have been struggling getting good teams this season and with the ability to build a team I want to give that a shot.

I need a Top - Jungle - Mid - Marksmen, I main support. We will start @ 845PM EST and play till we pass out.
