Platinum player (any role) looking for a ranked team

(It can be both a 5v5 or a 3v3, or just one or the other)

 Hi, I'm a platinum player looking to get some ranked team games in by the end of the season. I've played hundreds of 5v5 games and have a lot of tournament experience, as well as experience with higher elo teams (Few golds, plat, diamond). I'm pretty much just looking to play some games to improve for season 5, as well as hopefully get at least a gold border for teams. 

 I play pretty much whatever is required of me, but I would like to get into ADC or Mid more so I can be successful in my placement matches. I'd be willing to play anything but support, which has been pretty tiring as of recently because I played nothing but that for a while. I can play any champion, but this is the list of champions for each role that I enjoy the most and am comfortable with. 
 ADC: Lucian,* Corki*, Tristana, Sivir, Ezreal/Jinx
 Top: Jayce, Riven,* Cho'Gath*, Rumble, Mundo
 Jungle: Amumu, Jarvan IV, *Cho'Gath*, Kha'Zix, Nautilus
 Mid: Yasuo, *Orianna*, Lux, Xerath, Syndra/Ahri
