Looking for Ranked 5 Man team!

Currently, I am in bronze III ( Yeah i know, pretty bad.) last season i was silver 3. But due to the new ranked settings, i was placed in a much lower elo than i expected. I'm trying to make the climb out, but i cannot stand playing with people who compare the game to team deathmatch and leaves me unable to carry the game. (** I main ADC**) i can play all roles, but i would have to say top is probably my worst.

If you are interested in helping me break out of the Bronze loop, and help me achieve my goal of making it to Gold this year. HMU, I'm on Central Time Zone And in NA servers.
