D5 Support looking for serious competitive team

Was diamond 2 in s4, still d5 in this season though. Please be diamond or diamond last season in solo queue for all players. My schedule is very very flexible, timezone EST. Champ pool is good, in order of best to worst: Thresh Bard Sona(i think sona is insanely broken) Annie Alistar. trying to learn nautilus. I would like you to have a coach or manager, and the other 4 roles set in stone. If not, atleast 3 roles set in stone is fine.
