[NA]-[Diamond+]-[LF Coach & Analyst]-[Building team from the ground up]

Hello, I am ncsArchon. I am working on building a team from the ground up, starting with finding coaches to help start it with me. I am looking for a head coach to be a stern voice that the players will listen to and a strategic coach or analyst, with good pick/ban and rotations knowledge, to begin building with. After I decide on the coaches we will then proceed to try to find a player to build the team around. This player will most likely be a mid or adc but also has the possibility to be a top laner. This process may take a few weeks but we will work hard to get it done as fast as possible. The head coach must have a stern voice and be able to tell the players when they are preforming poorly and work with them and the analyst to improve the player in these areas. The head coach must also take the analysts suggestions in high regard as I expect them to have a better game knowledge than the head coach. The head coach must have a decent game knowledge however but the most important thing is that they have a stern voice and can give the players the harsh news or just bluntly say some of the areas where they need work or assistance. You must also be able to keep the teams moral up, as this will play a key role in our success. The analyst must have a very good knowledge base about the game in terms of rotations, pick/ban, and macro play. I would expect them to be less stern compared to the head coach so discussing any of your observations with him to the team will be beneficial. This being due to the head coach being seen as a more commanding figure, so it is more related to a player underperforming then it would be wise to discuss through the head coach. However, the head coach is not the only authority of the team, it will more be separated by terms of 60-40 from head coach to analyst and most of the major team decisions are expected to be discussed between both of them first. As well if a decision is not reached in a timely manner then you must come to me for the final decision, but this is for major decisions only and minor discussions will be given the head coaches final say. After I decide on the two coaches we will then all three decide on a player to begin building the team around, after this point the three of you will begin building the team together player or two at a time with me being less involved in their selection.
