Hello, I am ncsArchon. I am working on building a team from the ground up, starting with finding coaches to help start it with me. I have already found a suitable head coach and now am looking for a suitable analyst to assist him in building a team to success.
As the analyst you must have a very good knowledge base about the game in terms of rotations, pick/ban, and macro play. Most of what your work will be planning pick bans, deciding on champions to play, and doing plenty of research on teams when we are going into a tournament. You will also be leading reviews from games in tournaments with the players and head coach. Our head coach has already begun looking for players to build the team around them, as soon as I decide on the analyst we will join him presently in the search for our initial player. After we decide on the first one or two players I will most likely give more of the control on who the players are over to the head coach, analyst and the initial players. I will most likely only approve the players that are selected from there unless asked otherwise from you or the head coach. I shall expect the analyst and the head coach to get along and be respectable to one another. They should act as they should towards me in a mirrored respect to one another. If one has a problem with the other then come to me and I shall sort it out presently but I hope that does not become a problem. As well I expect the two of you to talk often about strategies and pick ban just amongst each other outside of the practice. Coaching experience: I have been gaming competively for 10 years. Analyzing and macro/micro managing team fights all of those 10 years

Why should I choose you: I have been playing league for 3 months and have already hit plat 2. Although I have been playing for 3 months. I followed it for longer studying the champion pools and stats, creating team compositions and micro/management plays during the game. Since I have attempted to create a team myself. We are doing decent and already have 3 gold ranked 5s teams. Although I am plat I am confident I am on the skill level of much higher I just solo q so it makes it hard. If recruited I bring much more than just innovative and aggressive gameplay but can lead a team objectively micro and macro manage every moment of the game. I have also already analytically created team comps and micro plays that can evolve the game from its stale state it is currently in.
