Plat 1 (S5 Diamond) ADC main LFT

Pretty simple. I was diamond 4 last season and quit playing in about August, decaying to plat. I placed plat 4 3 weeks ago and am now P1 with 50 lp and will soon be in diamond. I have extensive diamond ranked 5s experience from last season as well as experience playing in the OLS (a LCS style league).

I am looking for a team of at least 3 that is high plat - diamond range (I don't really have interest in starting a team).

My most played champs this season are Ezreal, Lucian, Cait as I don't feel super comfortable playing things like Kog/Jinx in solo q. But I have recently been playing sivir and kalista as well.

I like playing aggressively in lane, so ideally a support that can make plays in lane and/or can curb my aggression would be ideal (I know I know, double TP meta makes bot-lane aggression difficult).
