Creating Serious Team. Silvers only

Ok my name is Wai in game i am creating a serious team that will climb through the ranks.

I know you guys are used to teams falling apart after 2 games or 3 days or a week. But not here, i am creating a team which wants to win and be the best. I run a tight ship i am online everyday but will hold 4 practices a week. (if you cant fit these requirements dont add me). Im looking for top of the line players that can win and play together efficiently. If you cant take constructive criticism dont add me . We will grow together as a team and look to be the best.

I am a high powered Adc and am determined on climbing. All spots besides ADC are open for try outs.

Skype is a must...I will be holding try outs effective immediately..I look forward to playing with you guys.
