just out of curiosity, what does this person get out of it? They don't get to play, and are not being paid.. and it looks like you have coaches and analysts already, not like you need them in a gold MMR. Are you just looking for someone to find your team scrims and basically do all the shitty jobs that you don't want to do for free?
Good question Evil, this organization is looking to progressively move higher and higher. Some people actually have ambition in this game and dont just live in there mothers basement. So we're looking for someone who has a common vision we have to push this team forward to higher heights. Great question by the way.
This is more then just some team of 5 friends duoing queing, this is an organization that is starting from the bottom with hopes of making it to LCS
