SIlver 4 Top/Mid LF duo

I was silver last season.

I plan to ONLY play one champion unless he's banned, picked, or MAYBE specifically to counter someone. That one champion is Karthus. I am extremely good with him and can carry hard; he's going to get me to gold. So if you have a problem with Karthus though, and one-trick ponies, then for real, don't add me.

I was Silver 4 last season, but unranked so far this season (pre-season?). That being said, I'm a bit rusty but wanting to get back into the game.

I'm ok with ranked, unranked, or ARAM. I don't care if you're bronze, or under level 30, and obviously silver is awesome. But no gold or better, please.

I'd love to duo with an ADC/jungle main so I don't get autofilled into those roles, because I'm godawful at ADC and if I have to jungle, I swear I'll probably play Karthus there too. I have no problem supporting (with a champion other than Karthus, zomg).

A regular duo partner would be nice.
