Looking for 2-3 others to start a LoL community with - details/vision inside

Hello LoL players,

I am looking to start a LoL community that is targeted around gold and above players with ages around 18-28ish. I have been searching for a specific type of LoL community, but the ones I have found do not seem to be very active or have the community feel. With the social features (such as clubs) and the coming of dynamic queue in ranked, it is potentially the best time to start community creation! Please read/skim through everything

My History/About Me:

I founded and led a LoL community, GLHFGG, in 2013 for quite some time. I wanted a place where people could have enjoyable games without trolls or ragers. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=3061350 is an example of one of our past threads (a very brief version/not the original). Additionally, I used to host monthly prized (from Riot) tournaments which were all shoutcasted/streamed such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mC0vpb3R4tk . The community was widely successful, and everyone was super excited about the monthly tournaments. On tournament day, we would have upwards of 150-160 in our chat channel. On average, we would have around 65 in the chat channel throughout the day. They were not just in the chat channel either, they would actually talk and join each other for games. Eventually, I became burnt out as I was the only one in charge of the community, and I took some time off from LoL. The community slowly dwindled away to its death. I've led fairly successful guilds in many games and other communities such as a SC2 community (composed of quite a few diamonds/masters some of which went on to become GM).

Currently, I'm a 20 year old college student who recently just finished his finals and is on break. This is my 4th year as an accounting student, and I have held multiple leadership positions in college. Outside of college and LoL, I enjoy Ping Pong, Basketball, Racquetball, Star Wars (got tickets to opening night!!!), foosball, and more. Other questions you have, you may ask about me. I just wanted to give you a brief glimpse of myself.

Some of my ideas:

I'm really looking to create a medium size community between around 50 in chat consistently. I want to focus on primarily the age range of 18-26 and ideally gold+. There are plenty of communities for teaching the basics, but not many for higher ELOs. The focus of the community should be on improvement and fun. For example, our mission statement could be something like(SAMPLE THIS ONE JUST CONVEYS A GENERAL MESSAGE): Our mission is to provide a fun, enjoyable community in which players of similar skill level and age can socialize, relax, and improve together. Constructive criticism would also be encouraged for the purpose of improvement. Some possible community event/ideas:

-Some sort of 5s league/scrimmage night and perhaps a bimonthly tournament with RP prizes.

-Topic Discussion/Analysis day where we analyze professional gameplay and others are able to ask questions. (Someone could stream off twitch, and a few people could break down the video and answer any questions and allow for other feedback on what else.)

-Group LCS watching on voice comms

-Dynamic Queue: This is a HUGE thing I want to focus on. With the upcoming ranked season, people should be able to find similarly skilled players to queue up with.

-I'd love to hear any of your ideas.

The type of person I'm looking for to help me lead: -Active,18+, and at least Gold. Self-explanatory -Creative/Innovative and ability to analyze potential ideas. I want us to be able to brainstorm together and look for strengths and potential weaknesses of certain ideas. -Laid-back possibly a bit trollzy. Additionally, peacemaker is a huge plus. Our jobs will include keeping the peace in the community and responding in a mature fashion. At times, it may also be necessary to correct people in a calm, light manner (Hey XXX player, I know that last game was rough, but can you please try to tone down the raging at randoms).
