Next Generation Gaming is looking for a coach Platnium or diamond

Next Generation Gaming is looking for a coach we would prefer a platinum to diamond rank players in order to coach us in how to improve team fighting and objective wise Master tier and challenger players are also welcome. Our team is very welcome to criticism we will be doing interviews with coaches to see who best suits our teams personality and wants. Our biggest fear is the toxicity that might come we want nice and helpful coaches where bashing our team or any kind of hateful speech or thinking will have you removed as our coach and most certainly immediately declined from becoming our coach. Just be chill and informative and we won’t have any problems. One last final thing we can’t offer legitimate money because we’re adults who’re reaching toward our career jobs and can’t afford normal coaching salary let alone anything else. This is more of a volunteer position if you like helping out people who’re willing to learn.

Responsibilities • Goals are to enable our team to reach their full potential as productive team members. • Manage scrimmage schedule for team. • Evaluate own and opponent team capabilities to determine appropriate game strategy. • Supervise scrims, match play and practice environment. • Assist owner in recruiting people to see where their weakness lie • Deliver performance results. • Ensure inviting and friendly atmosphere.
