Starting a new ranked 5s team mates

Hi my name is Alex and I am trying to get a new team started. I'm trying to make this team serious but that doesn't mean we can't have fun. It is a game after all. No flaming or verbal harassment please. I'm looking for people that can practice in between 4pm and 9pm Central time zone. No we won't play the entire duration of that time just to start somewhere in between. I may be only Silver 2 but I play at a plat level in top lane anyway. I play low gold adc, mid gold support, gold mid(I just can't farm to well as low auto dmg ap mids), and mid gold jungle. So I can play any role deciding on what I feel like playing and what players I get. But everyone will have their own role on this team and stick to it, we don't switch. Don't underestimate me by my rank. If you can't make a practice be sure to let me know before hand so I can find a sub in time and if we get a solid roster(everyone doesn't leave and plays up to par with everyone else) I can find permanent subs. How else would we get better? No I don't only play Trundle by the way and I follow the meta. I will allow you to go outside the meta if you provide good reasoning behind it.
