MLG Strategist is recruiting Support. Gold 1-diamond 5 We are in LCS Style League

Hello my name is Elijah, Owner of MLG Strategist. My goal for this organization is to have several teams competing in LCS Style leagues/Tournaments. My vision is to be the TSM of Gold-Diamond elo i want everyone to know about this organization and with that im looking to put the best rosters i can put together as possible. I have a league that we will be joining lined up already and weekly tournaments as well.

-What you can expect of me as an owner-

1 . I will put up money for my teams in tournaments and or leagues. 2. I will provide a great coaching staff for players. 3. There will be stability within the team, so yes you will have to fight your way on to make the team. However you will not get kicked for poor performances unless you miss practices. Or are insubordinate to the coaches or teammates. If there is roster changes in any team i will help restore the roster.

i will treat everyone fairly.

-What i expect out of future players-

Biggest thing is being able to practice a minimum of 4 times a week. (If you cant hit this requirement do NOT apply) (playing at nights).
2 I expect that players will show respect to there respective teammates and coaching staff.
