Bronze-silver ranked team recruitment

I have started a team named "Brand New Vandals" and I'm looking to recruit more bronze to silver players to further improve myself and whoever decides to join. Im tired of solo queing into games and ending up with nothing but trolls, people who don't even attempt to try, or people that do not ward or know how to CS at all. Im stuck in Elo hell haha. Im looking for people who are good with a specific role and are willing to communicate and work as a team. Please don't be toxic towards teammates because it doesn't help you or them get any better. Definatly not a G rated team I just dont like extremely toxic players. I greatly prefer you have curse voice to better help the communication in game. I am look forward to finding new players ready to work together to create a team and improve. My main roles are Top/Jungle/Mid but i can play pretty much any role but ADC. Thank you!!!!!

Strengths: Warding, calling good plays/ Weakness:I dont play well with people that dont follow my lead on plays that need to be made, [ saving ally turrets, taking objectives when the opporunity arrises etc]

Strengths: Teamfight, objective focus, very good at working with other players. Weakness: Chasing, inability to break out of a snowballing game, autopiloting when way ahead.

What can you bring to the team: Versatile, I can switch to any role needed but prefer to stay with mid, adc or support. Tend to focus on vision and objectives and look at the big picture. Can teamfight and willing to follow the team shot callers.

Strengths: Willingness to learn, to work with others. Take responsibility for my mistakes. Research and study about my roles. Staying calm and collected

Weakness: Stress, I don't do well when people are getting angry at me and it shuts me down.

Role: Jack of all Trades, i have about three champions for each role. And if those champs are banned i can adapt well into playing with champs i dont really play.

Secondary Role: (refer to role).

Curse Voice Availibility: Yes.

What can you bring to the team: Extremely well rounded with many champs, i do have my mains and main role that i love to play but given the chance to play something that i dont really play much, i am still able to handle it very well. I take criticism very well i used to play basketball in middle school, high school and college and was always told on what i can improve on with my game and always took it in stride and always practiced as hard as possible to improve that part of my game.

strengths: Playing from the bottom side of the map. I play in lock screen because i found it very weird to play in free cam and never got used to it. please check my games i still do good regardless of the lock screen. I am a very helpful person when it comes to advice and help and id like to think i boost team morality and overall chemistry. I stay very calm in all situations of the game and can adapt well to most situations of the game.

Weaknesses: Playing from the top side as ADC, i dont really do bad its just the lock cam keeps visibilty down which forces me to play safe and farm so i guess i could really work on playing free cam. positioning in team fights as a mid laner and adc i get hesitant sometimes which causes me to deny my own skill and playmaking abilities but recently i have been getting better at it which makes me very happy.

What can you bring to the team: I've been playing supp main for a while now and I've gotten pretty good with my main four. I play both tank and ap supps so I have versatility. I can also play any role fairly successfully. I can adjust my level of aggression/passive to whatever the adc wants. My play style can be completely fluid to meet the adc's needs.

Strengths: I'm pretty light hearted and enjoy playing league for the fun of it, not to say that I wouldn't take ranked games seriously of course! I'm always open to improvement and criticism. The success of the team is my top priority, not my own personal success. League should be a fun experience, and I love the idea of a team in it together to climb the ranks!

Weakness: I can be a little quiet when I first join a curse with strangers, but don't worry, I'm not mute! While I can play any role, Supp is the only role where I can play more than two champs comfortably. But that will change throughout this season!
