Starting a (hopefully) Silver - Gold Ranked team for good team practice

Hello I am starting a ranked team to try to gain knowlege of more premade gameplay. most of the time I rank i solo que or que with my friend and I sadly end up getting teamed up with troll after troll so bad im already knocked down to B5... again. the trolling problem is a huge issue and the Shaco mid i just played with that fed 14 kills making the other mid completely fed made me decide I need to actually make a solid team. people i can rely on actually caring to work together, Call MIA, ward..... just the small things. Yeah i mess up from game to game but this is a team game and when 3 randoms who just dont care to learn how to play their role or mechanics or just dont understand the team aspect of this game it makes it nearly impossible to go anywhere. Me personally can play Top, Jungle, and Mid pretty well but i can adjust to whatever role is needed.Nunu is my favorite Champion
