Looking for Top / Mid / Jungle ALSO Looking for someone to help manage the team, not necessarily someone to do everything, but someone to listen in on voice comms during games, and to watch the game and take notes on the game.
I'm looking for some set things as far as players go, I don't think these are too much to ask for.
- Main your role. The point of this is that I/we need to be able to trust that you know match ups, item builds for multiple people, and how to play losing lanes in your position.** I'm not looking for jack of all trades' master of none. I'm looking for a master of your role, at your ranking.**
- Have sufficient ranked experience. Normals and ranked are 2 different animals. Now, ranked 5s is the animal that steps on those animals. Without experience that you gain form solo que you wont survive in ranked 5s. I expect all team members to play solo que frequently enough.
- Have a microphone. Communication. Communication. Communication.
- Prefer people who are** 21+** for many reasons, will still talk to younger, but know by applying that this can be an issue.
- Play more than a handful of champions. you WILL NOT get your main every game. Especially if they're the FoTM, so a decent champion pool is needed.
- I won't tolerate raging, I'll ask you once to calm down, next time you're off the team.
- Be able to hold your own in your lane. not every lane is going to go your way, but theres a bold line between losing lane, and feeding your enemy laner kills and cs. _ List subject to change_
I'm looking to have this team play a few times a week together. Ideally it would be 2 scheduled days of 6+ games. and then filling in other games when we happen to be online. I would like the team to play in the afternoon / evening. Not super late, I have a wife and child so im not going to be pulling all-nighters.

What do you consider to be a strength of yours?: I have enough experience to know how to hold my lane. I know what to do if I don't win lane that which is not to keep feeding like many people do. I am a very serious and dedicated player. I can call shots too and help improve my fellow team mates if needed. (:
and a weakness?: I think CSing with certain champions could be my weakness.
