Best of luck in your search. The community's prejudice tends to make what you're looking for rather hard to find, if they exist at all. The overwhelming spamming for Diamonds, Plats, and Gold's only in this forum section speaks for itself.

There's a ton of them out there, the issue i normally have is that they're in the middle of their season so i have to wait until afterward to try and get a team in. Figured id make a post and make some contacts while I'm putting a new team together.

Me and some other people on this forum may be starting a team soon, no one has said anything yet but some people have followed my instructions to add me, msg me if interested.

No sadly, our Phoenix league allows premades though, but the teams are mostly plat-diamond

There is also Compete League https://lol.competeleague.com/#/account or https://www.reddit.com/r/CompeteLeague/ should get you to a place to get set up. You can join the open league whenever so there is no worry of the season has already started as long as you are just looking for a place to compete.
