- A team that plays at least two days a week.
- A team where positions are set, people aren't flopping around between different roles constantly.
- A team that wants to do more than just play flex, I wanna play in lcs style leagues, tournaments and the like eventually.
- A team that is 18+ preferred
- A team where voice chat is mandatory.
- A team that is either Bronze - Silver, all Silver, or Silver-Gold
