STARTING A SERIOUS TEAM

SUH DOOD, I'm making a SERIOUS team that will be practicing regularly and when I feel it is ready will compete in tournaments. I am a Silver 1 ADC main who can flex JG if a better ADC than me comes along. I will host tryouts whenever I can get them in, and I will decide through my own discretion on more than just rank, things such as aggression, calls, communication, and synergy with other members. I will form what I think is the best squad based on these factors. If I get enough people to sign up, I will make a SECOND team, naming who I feel best the captain. Please leave below your:

Weaknesses: I'm not perfect so i make mistakes. I can be kind of oblivious but with someone making calls that should not be a problem. Reason to join: I believe being part of a team would help me improve a lot as a player( and maybe a little as a person) Why should you pick me? I'm willing to recognize any mistakes im my play style i make and improve. You will never hear me yelling or being mean to anyone on the team.
