**CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR - Support, Jungle, Coach/analyst to watch replays of games and help us find out our weaknesses **

• Looking to play during the afternoon / evening. As early as 3pm as late as 1am finishing EST. We will talk about dates on which we will practice as we get a set 5 together.
• Looking for mature people for this team. There is nothing wrong with being young, nothing at all, but I've found it's a lot harder to explain things to younger people. No offense but I have my own child to teach things to, I'd rather not have to worry about how someone else's kid acts. (21 years old + is highly preferred, its not SUPER strict but I know I myself didn't really act like an adult til I was in my twenties.)
• Looking for people who are going to be loyal to the team. Meaning that if we had a set day and time set up to practice, play games, theory craft, or anything really. We will expect you to be there.
• Looking for people who are wanting to grow as a league of legends player and help other individuals grow. This means being able to take constructive criticism without taking it personally. Also, being able to give criticism if you are asked, in a way that isn't you just telling someone how bad they suck.
• The team will be using curse voice to begin with, after we have a group that seems to be active we can all decide as a team what program we want to use .
• Team will be made up of players between rank Silver 5 ( or unranked ) through rank Gold 1. My reasoning behind this is mostly team cohesion. Alot of the time people like to use someones ranking against them if they're having a bad game. Having 1-2 players with alot higher ranking can also cause egos to flare that aren't needed on a new team. Now there are many higher elo players with great personalities, but there are just as many with bad attitudes. ( That being said, if a higher elo player would like to give the team some tips / coach us in their free time, or even just give a few tips every once in a while feel free to add me and lets talk. )
• The team is going to be casual, meaning for the most part it's just to get better at the game and have a good time. Down the road we may try to get into the small tournaments for fun.

If I/we like what we see I'll add you and we can talk. Now that the form is out of the way, I want to go over some points that need to be addressed.

-----Things that will not be tolerated-----

• Bullying, I feel like in a team environment this goes without saying, but some people are d**** so here goes. For no reason will bullying, AKA degrading your team mates be tolerated. Whether you are the best player on the team, or the worst player on the team, no one deserves to be bullied.
• Raging is another thing that will not be tolerated. Everyone has bad days, everyone gets in a bad mood. If you're in such a bad mood that you start to vomit from the mouth, feeding intentionally, afk, or just overall are doing things that are detrimental to the team it won't be tolerated.
• Not showing up during scheduled times. I'm an adult, I know real life happens, 1 or 2 times being late is not going to get you kicked off the team. But, if it happens too many times, I'll explain to you why you're being kicked, and wish you well on whatever you do next.
• If you've read to this point, please start your reply with " I'd like to be recruited" at the top of your post. If you do not put this at the top of your post, your reply will be ignored. Also if you just add me in game without filling out the form I'll decline.
• This one will probably shy away a lot of players, and that's fine. I don't care what you do in your free time, whether you smoke, drink, etc etc. But during practice time or during voice calls with the team is not the place to Brag about it. I say brag because I'm 24, I've been legal to drink for years now. I'm also mature enough to know that just because I drink every once in a while, doesn't mean anyone cares or wants to hear about it on a daily basis. This team isn't about talking about how drunk you got last weekend or how high you are, it's about league. So keep it to yourself, No, I'm not going to make a big deal about it if it comes up during a conversation, but if every other game or every other day someone is saying " man I'm so high" or " hold on let me go grab another beer" It's going to become an issue. If it's that important to you to be able to talk about your drinking or your drugs go join a forum, hit up facebook, or anything else.

Age: 24 Location: Kentucky When are you available: I'm available inconsistently throughout the day, I will be off and on. I will be online after 10 p.m. almost every day for a few hours. Enough time to play some games with the team.

What do you consider to be your strengths: My biggest strength is probably experience and my large champion pool. I've been playing the game since before season 1 ( before ranked came out ), so while I know I'm not great or anything, I have a lot of knowledge on how to play and how to play against just about every champion. My large champion pool goes with experience. I can play a lot of champions so I always have one if for some reason they decide to target ban my role, or a champion to fit within the team comp the team is playing currently.

What do you consider to be your weaknesses: My biggest weakness' is probably not knowing how to play with certain people. For example, Bottom lane needs synergy to be able to do well in lane and get ahead, in solo que you never know how your lane partner is going to play or react to certain situations. I believe having a dedicated team will, with time, change that by practice.

Why are you looking for a team: I'm looking for a non-toxic environment, an environment where I can grow as a player, and also grow in the way I handle myself in complex situations. Solo que can only teach you so much in terms of strategy, having 5 people on the same page when making decisions and executing will help me become much better. I'm also excited to find people who are like minded in becoming better, people who are either wanting to grow as a player, or even just have some fun without the bad attitudes of solo que.

What do you expect from your team mates: I expect team mates to be just that, a team. The whole reason for me being so strict about this application and the whole post in general is that I'm not looking to play with people who are just looking to hop form team to team to team. I'm looking to play with people who can agree upon a set course of actions in game and execute it without arguing with each other, or blaming each other if things don't go wrong. Practice is practice, we're going to win some, and lose some taking the losses in stride and learning from it is the right mindset to have.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to download whatever voice program team decides on later: Yes i have a headset and a microphone attached to it. I already have curse voice, skype, ventrillo, raidcall, and teamspeak downloaded. I prefer curse voice, but will download any program we decide to use.

Any extra information you would like to give: I'm from Kentucky, so yes I have a hick accent I would say. Yes I wear shoes, no I don't like KFC, and no I don't like UK basketball. Cardinals for life ;)

Any questions that you have: I can't really fill this out because id be the one answering the question, but I guess some examples would be. - Is this team going to be serious or casual? What days will we be practicing / playing ranked? Is the team going to drop right into ranked when we have 5 or are we going to play normals for a while? There are many good questions to be asked, you can ask anything and we can talk about it.
