Serious ranked Duo (silver/gold)

looking for someone to climb as high as possible with. Im sick of getting matched with team mates who don't know what they are doing. I am currently in elo hell and need someone who is cool headed (won't rage or flame) and who's on anywhere between 1pm-10pm est time. must have curse and mic and not be complete noob lol. would be looking for someone to exchange tips with to better each other as players.
