Looking to Start a 5's Ranked team ( Serious Apps Only Plz )

Hi, I am FoF TheLastWord

I am seeking long term dedicated players to form a ranked 5's team with the ambition to climb not only on the LoL ranked system but also with the ESL Ladder. Current ELO is open. With that however, I will be seeking players that have an understand of the Mechanics of their chosen Lane/Role. Mid / Top / ADC strong understand of the lane / cs / Map control and warding. If you are seeking a casual team this is not for you. Practices will be a min of 4 nights a week on Eastern time. As a team we will co ordinate to set up appropriate time schedule. Those that make the team will need to register on the ESL web sight for schrims / tournaments.

Curse Voice / Skype required for chat service.

I am not the kind of person that gives up. I am always willing to learn. Are you willing to dedicate your time long term ? These are who I am very comfortable with, but can play others depending on team comp. Supp: Leona, Morg, Janna, lulu, thresh, Zyra, Braum, Nami, Karma, Annie. Are you a shot caller ? : Can help with calls, tactics, strats, picks/bans. Experience with ranked teams : Been on deployment in the middle east till just this week and am now climbing the soloq ladder, so this season, none. Hoping to find a strong core of players to get rolling with for now and the future! If you cant take criticism, you cant get better. Why not listen to people to become even more effective as a team? And I have no problem with letting people know how to better there play for themselves and the team, but its all about how you tell someone, you have to have tact when giving tips or an opinion. Support/Adc Top 5 champs in each role : for support my top 5 champs in this order are: Leona Braum Thresh Morgana and Lulu. My top five roles for adc in this order are: Ashe Ezreal Lucian Jinx And Draven Are you a shot caller ? : i can help with calls, strats and picks/bans but i wouldn't say that i should be calling shots alone Experience with ranked teams : i was in a ranked team last season that got from b3-b1 but the team disbanded after the mid laner quit What do you feel you can offer a serious / dedicated ranked team ? : i feel like i can bring a lot of team fight strength to the team because my main champions have a lot of cc and are really good for team fights, Are you willing to dedicate your time long term ? yes i am fulling willing Can you handle giving out constructive feedback as well as receiving it with out Rage ? yes i can handle giving and taking constructive feedback Any additional info you feel that would give you an edge ? AGE 18+:Yes Still in high school:No Currently in college: No Role/s you prefer: Adc Top 5 champs in each role :Lucian,Corki,Jinx,Ashe,Sivir Are you a shot caller ? : No Experience with ranked teams :I have been on a diamond/plat team with high diamond mmr in s4. We played like 75 games together so they knew I was at that level. My recent team lasted a month playing pretty much every day. We had 3 plats(two were high) and 2 high golds(me and my support). As a team we had decent mmr(1800). Those were the only real serious teams I have been on. What do you feel you can offer a serious / dedicated ranked team ? : I have been playing since season 1 so I have good experience. I have decent experience in ranked 5s as I have been playing it since s4. Are you willing to dedicate your time long term ? Yes as previously stated last team I have been on lasted a month so I am pretty dedicated. Can you handle giving out constructive feedback as well as receiving it with out Rage ? Yes if the feedback is constructive but I will not handle people blaming me or other people for losses because we could have all done something better. I don't usually give out that much feedback but I think I can take it well. Any additional info you feel that would give you an edge ? I try my best to improve everyday and learn from my mistakes.
