Good afternoon Team Recruitment Board!

Optimal Esports is an esports organization and community with multiple teams, coaches, managers, and players. Effectively immediately, we have expanded our organization with another team. Team Mutiny is in search of players with exceptional attention to detail, who are able to play at a high caliber and constructively critique both themselves and the team in a professional manner to better both on the individual level, as well as the team level. We currently have the following positions available for interviews and tryouts below.

The Ideal applicant for each position should possess the following.

Accepting players between Silver 5 and Gold 1 A Champion pool of at minimum 5 in which you excel at in that position An understanding of team play and basic team vocabulary Dedication towards the team with a flexible schedule and the desire to put in the work of practice, scrimmages, and team matches Able to play at a high caliber competitively and adaptive to adverse situations, as well as adaptation of play style in order to fit the team Excel in communication with a team of Four others to achieve positive outcomes on Discord. I like trying to keep aware of the enemy jungler for counter jungling/gank purposes and I am pretty flexible in champs and playstyles as well so i understand comps and such. Your strongest attributes : Early Pressure, Vocal, Objectives Your weakest attributes : Could sometimes make better calls in situations, more deep wards Why you would like to be apart of a tournament team : I have been playing with teams in tournaments since season 3 and have been with both high and low elo teams. Briefly describe your play style (Lane, Ward, Teamfight, Objectives, Itemization) : Poke but no hard-engage until a sure fight; focus build and attention on keeping people up, or protecting our backline with CC; usually find Redemption/Ardent/Mikael/Athene in my inventory, or Liandry/Void/Rylai for magic-pen and slow. Your strongest attributes : Healers and mages; decent about target focus; slowly improving shot-calling. Also good at farming. Your weakest attributes : Overall mechanics (I.E. skillshots); rare attention-lapses/spaceouts; can get nervous in big fights/happenings; when things go south I get quiet. Why you would like to be apart of a tournament team : Because it's competitive. This game is competitive, and I want to improve and be as good as I can be. You can't really get that just in Solo-queue since it's too hit-or-miss, not to mention toxic and impossible to learn in.
