Silver 2 Support/Jungler lf duo or team

Hi everyone, I'm a currently silver 2 Jungle/supp. I got demoted from Silver 1 due to bad teams and just general outplay by other teams on my teammates. I'm looking to join a team or find a few more duo partners to play with to try to get gold by the end of the season as well as long term.

For support I mostly play aggressive champions and an aggressive style. I play Leona mainly and Thresh. But I can also play passive lanes like Janna and Nami.

For jungle I play gank heavy champs and aim for getting atleast 2 lanes ahead if I can. I play Rengar, Vi, Lee Sin. I can also play Skarner and Pantheon.
