Creating a Ranked 5's team
"EDIT Age Limit Dropped to 17 due to tournament eligibility."
Ok let's get straight to business. Official Sponsor will not be disclosed at this time for confidential purposes.
We need dedicated players. People who are willing to learn. Individuals who are coachable.
What doesn't matter: To us, rank does not matter. Sexual Orientation / Gender: everyone will be respected regardless of sexual orientation/ gender.
What matters: Age: 17+ Commitment and willingness to learn. Discipline. Confidentiality. Respect. Ability to discuss in a respectful manner.
What we don't tolerate: Flaming/Disrespecting/Yelling/Negative Attitudes 3 strike penalty system
Failure to uphold everything mentioned above results in the complete removal of the team.
Description: I am going to appeal to the people that are truly searching for a seriously committed ranked team. I am not going to expect much from an online posting on the forums, but if we can meet the quota of 3 members from here that would be ideal. The only things required of you is your commitment and being respectful to peers and mentors.
Definitions of Team and Commitment: Team - A group of people with a full set of complementary skills required to complete a task, job, or project. Team members
- Operate with a high degree of interdependence
- Share authority and responsibility for self-management
- Are accountable for the collective performance
- Work toward a common goal and shared rewards. A team becomes more than just a collection of people when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy, thus generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of its individual members.
Commitment - a willingness to give your time and energy to something that you believe in, or a promise or firm decision to do something.
What does all this mean? We expect everyone to respect the amount of commitment other members show for the betterment of the team. We are a team, stripped of all ranks and titles. We all start from the ground and work our ways up individually and as a team. No one person is better than another. There is always something there to work on, whether it be laning, creep scoring, shot-calling, warding, etc. I hear Team Builder and custom matches are extremely useful in these situations. We hold mandatory practices based on the starting 5's time availability. However, this doesn't mean that you can't practice on your own time.
Individually we've all experienced and been through many teams, and every time we all see the same thing that prevents us from succeeding. It's the most common thing that holds every team back from growing. The lack of discipline and commitment.
Sure we may not be LCS material, but we strive towards the idea of team play where a group of individuals entirely trust each other to put aside all differences and work towards a common goal. This ideal is worth more than winning any damn tournament. If you disagree, then maybe we’re not what you’re looking for. However, If you feel like you have what it takes and think you can join our ranks shoot me an email at: [email protected]
Format for form of EMAIL:

What you can bring to the table:
Tell us a little about yourself as an individual: Preferred method of contact: Preferred voice comms: How long have you been playing league? Favorite Champion and why? Why do you want to be on a team?
Some may find these questions intrusive however, a team is more like a family. A friendship amongst peers where experiences are shared and created. Questions are essential for application, failure to fill out any portion will result in application being tossed. IF you must skip a section and have a reason you deem as valid please email and specify why.
Thank you everyone, have a wonderful day!

Strengths: Very Strong in Jungle/ Can become a carry but great at bringing power to laners
Weakness: Take objectives later
What i bring to the table: When given a solid well communicative team i shine!
A little about myself: hard worker that hasnt been given the chance to show it
Method of contact: skype
How long have i been playing: 3 years
Favorite Champion: Lee Sin, love his mechanics he is a true game changer and although he is early game i tend to build him strong mid to late game.
Why a team: I am not the performer solo q as there is no communication a ton of people who leave games mess around and feed and without a team i just dont see me carrying my skills to anyone unless given a team as my one opportunity.
