Dear Summoners,

I am looking to start another successful ranked 5's team again for the next season. I am looking for individuals who want more than just solo-play. There will be more emphasis on practicing and growing individual skills together. Let's get started shall we?

Minimum Requirements: Age: 18+ Be Respectful - I will not tolerate any individual who will turn on their own teammate over a mistake. Mistakes are made so we can learn and prevent it from happening again. Must Be Coachable - We will often use Replay.gg to rewatch our games together. Must have a Positive Attitude - We don't need any negativity here, if you want to be negative go back to solo queue and burn in ELO Hell. Must Be Commited - Must be a dedicated member of society to join this team. More info upon request.

Recommended (Preferred) Requirements: Voice Communication - Must have TeamSpeak 3 Must be available during Ranked 5's queue times. A full member or an initiate of Dmg-Inc clan. Must have a small champion pool of** 2-3 champions** for your dedicated lane. (Minimum 50 games on each champion in solo queue) - Start working on it. There are several reasons for doing this, this is to tell us that you are serious, and it shows commitment and mastery on those select few champs, it will also definitely help you climb the solo queue ladder to gold. Timezone : PDT Everyone Needs to Contribute - Give something back to the team: Feedback, Tips, Suggestions, Team Comps, Style-of-play, Strategies. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, it's up to you to voice that opinion out. We are not psychic and we can not read minds. Anything (constructive) is useful, as long as you contribute, you will be in OK standing.

There's a lot more but I can't really think of everything at this very moment. I will edit this post accordingly in order to keep everyone up-to-date as much as possible. Sorry in advance for the inconvenience.

Alrighty, so the season is about to end, and Ranked 5's was out of the picture for a bit until Rito decided to bring it back, but only during select times. This team will primarily focus on team building and team synergy. We have coaches ready to help out if needed (all Plat + individuals with team history) for individual training.

Think of this as a 5-unit course. That's the amount of time you will be spending on this team on a regular basis. We provide time-management training. We will be practicing a lot and we will be assigning homework catered to each individual's needs in order to keep the team (as a whole) growing at a steady pace.

Position: Any (ADC preferred.) Champions: Draven 9 - Tristana 8 - Jinx 8 I've been playing ADC ever since I started. Played Draven since he came out, and can be pretty damn good with him, but I can't put 10 as there's always something to improve on and learn. Tristana is just awesome, not much else to say but I do consider myself to be pretty good with her. Jinx is just by far one of the best ADCs out. Especially when it comes to late game with her range and the safety of her kit. There are probably other adcs considered 'better' at the moment, but I find this selection the best for me currently. I can play the other adcs and other roles of course. Why choose these 2-3 Champions? Confidence level on a scale from 1 (least confident) to 10 (most confident)

Availability: Weekdays 3:30pm - 11pm Weekends Time varies, can fix my schedule on the weekends to whatever it's needed.

What makes a good team? Communication. Synergy. Comfort with one another. Solo/Team practice.

Why do you want to join a team? To make new friends and get better/serious with the game I've loved for so long.

Why are you a good addition to any team? I'm capable of being a passive or aggressive (Aggressive preferred) player. I'm can be really nice and listen to what I'm trying to be helped with as well as I from the experience I've had the past 4-5 yeas of MOBAs (mainly league of course) I can give some advice/hints of my own.

(My own bit: I have been playing League since the beginning/middle of season two. I had played quite a bit till I took a long break from the game. At the time I thought I wasn't going to play anymore, so I foolishly deleted the account. I honestly can't remember the last rank I had, but I do consider myself platinum, and above in skill level. Obviously though I can make plenty of mistakes, but I try to learn from them and adapt! I am not ranked yet but plan to have my rank and work on by the end of the week/weekend.)

I excel on highly mechanical champs, but I adapt to suit the play styles of my teammates. These champs are good because they're strong in the meta right now, and I win games and I'm valuable to my team when I play them.

Garen is who I started with and have played the most. I have choose to learn rumble and gangplank to enlarge my top lane roster. I may also practice more with a few others to see who I am best with. Rumble is a strong ap champ, Gangplank is a strong ad champ, and Garen is a good tank. that is my reason for choosing them.

What makes a good team? Knowing your teammates and communication.

Why do you want to join a team? I don't have many people to play with and I would like the advance my skills as much as possible and get to be a great LOL gamer. I also would like to make some friends along the way.

I've been maining Lee sin for a few seasons now and he is my best champ. I don't play him as much in solo queue because it can be difficult to carry late game sometimes with him. MonkeyKing - Confidence level: 9 wukong is another one of my most played champs and I play him most when i really want a win.
Olaf - Confidence level: 7 Olaf is a strong champ atm and I enjoy playing him, but I am not as practiced or as confident on him as the previous 2

Availability: I am busy 10-4 MWF and 1-3 on T/Thurs. Other than that I can make things work What makes a good team? I think the absolute most important thing to a team is synergy. If the team members enjoy playing together they will stick together through losses and rough games. The second most important thing is individual skill with the game. If you can get a group of people who enjoy playing together and are good at the game, the rest can be taught in my opinion.

Why do you want to join a team? I want to play Ranked 5's with a select group of people that I enjoy communicating and working with to achieve and grow in the game

Why are you a good addition to any team? Because I have been playing since Season 2 and as such have a good grasp of the game, my mechanics are good, and I put the team ahead of myself when playing. I also won't flame/harass/or act in a demeaning manor towards teammates in any way.

Position: Top Champions: Nasus, Pantheon, Kennen Why choose these 2-3 Champions? All 3 champs can play a role in a team setting. Their kits differ greatly allowing me to be flexible in how I play top lane. I have absolutely no problem playing these Champs into most matchups, including counters.

Position: ADC Champions: Lucian (9), Caitlyn (8), Jhin (6) Why choose these 2-3 Champions? Confidence level on a scale from 1 (least confident) to 10 (most confident).

Lucian: Lucian is a good all-around ADC to play. In this meta, the current power spike curve is closer to the early-mid game than it is later (most games now end around the 32 minutes mark). Lucian is one of those champs that never fall off, unless the game lasts much longer that average (since I build Lucian with Ghostblade + Cleaver which are mid game items). I am the most comfortable with him because of his effectiveness throughout the entire the game, and his W passive and E gives me personal peeling since I cannot communicate with the rest of my team in Solo Queue.

Caitlyn: Caitlyn used to be a late game powerhouse; she still is. However, with the addition of Firecannon, she is now a mid game threat. Caitlyn has the biggest AA range of all ADCs in the early game (looking at you late game Tristana). In addition to being a consistent DPS source in the late game, she has the ability to zone with her W buff. With five traps, objectives are much easier to take. As she is an AA focus champion instead of an AD caster such as Lucian, she is a more reliable and safer source of DPS.

Jhin: I ranked Jhin as my lowest comfortable champion because of the necessity of team communication. Jhin, in my opinion, is the strongest ADC right now. However, he is reliant in having a team that understands how to play around him. His only form of peel is his W slow and his movement speed buff after the fourth hit. Other than that, he is a much riskier option than the other two champs I mentioned earlier if the team I play with does not understand how to peel for Jhin. It would be great to see how Jhin can be played if I am able to communicate with the entire team as he is also an ADC that can initiate fight (from his ult but not as reliable as an Ashe ult)

Availability: Monday - Thursday (3:30 - 6:30 PM PDT), Sunday (after 11AM PDT), Saturday (varied)

What makes a good team? In-game, good communication makes an amazing team. Teams that continuously communicate and give each other information can get the upper hand in objectives and scraping. Outside of game, we need to be able to criticize each other and take it in. Because we are all in the silver and gold tier, it means we still have learning and honing to do in terms of our gameplay and skills. Team members need to come in with an open attitude to learn and positively critique. The team should also have fun doing so.

Why do you want to join a team? I want to join a team to get better. By playing with the same people and building comps and reviewing past games, I can get better. In the process, I can also give feedback to the other members in my team. I want to learn how to get better, and in a team environment, it would provide me with more resources to do so.

Why are you a good addition to any team? I am open to criticism, and I love objective and macro play. Especially in the Silver and Gold tiers (extending also to Plat), players focus too much on flashy plays and getting better in micro. However, in the end, macro play and decisive decision making will always beat the former (obviously unless the skill gap is huge). I can provide tips and help on when we should be rotating and when to focus on objectives.

Position: Top is my main and support is my secondary Champions: I pretty much only play Nasus top, but I will play Chogath Trundle and Shen. I have even taken Brand top in some games. Why choose these 2-3 Champions? Confidence level on a scale from 1 (least confident) to 10 (most confident). Nasus 10 Chogath 5 Shen 6. I use to play more shen prior his rework, but I had significantly less fun playing him after the changes.

Availability: Nights after 8 pm Eastern. What makes a good team? I think understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your teammates and playing around them is probably the best type of team. If you have good knowledge of your teammates and their play habits it makes it easier to predict and understand their actions in game. If I know that my midlane teammate has a tendency to CS well, but not put a lot of pressure on the lane, then I should not shove my wave and be cognizant of where the enemy mid laner is most of the time. Why do you want to join a team? I have never done ranked 5s and I think it will be fun. Most of my friends are not interested in 5s or their schedules do not permit it. Why are you a good addition to any team?** I have a good objective sense as a top Nasus main and a support as a secondary. If I did not I would probably not have been able to get to Gold exclusively playing Nasus. I have one of the highest mastery scores with Nasus in the world, so I understand my champion really well. I play a lot, so dedication is not an issue.

Since I started, I've played A LOT, solo and with a couple close friends. I've played over 2,000 games, easily, with nearly 1,500 wins in normal games and nearly 200 wins in ranked. And this isn't including ARAM ;) not sure how I have a girlfriend LOL

What makes a good team? Culture

Why do you want to join a team? To contribute my talents and abilities to a greater good and to improve my skills in the game

Why are you a good addition to any team? No bull attitude, chill dude with a lot of passion for the game and will contribute my all for any cause deemed worthy. Very flexible and will pick a champion who will contribute the most to the team effort, composition, and strategy. My mind is always running. Solid engine, does not tire. I don't like conflicts and aim to resolve them peacefully.

Confidence level on a scale from 1 (least confident) to 10 (most confident). Jinx - 10 I mained Jinx and climbed to high plat last season with her. Well over 300 games between normals and ranked on her. Caitlyn - 7 I am very familiar with Cait as she was the first ADC that got me into the role way back before season 2. I could use some brushing up on her combos, but am very confident on my ability to win lane with her inherent range. Ezreal - 8 Ezreal's in and out play style suits me, and I enjoy how he can perform well in nearly every matchup in the bot lane. In situations where the team drafts for top/mid centric carry, Ezreal allows me to continue to apply pressure on the map while still remaining very safe.

All three of these champions fit into my play style that is team fight centric in the mid and late game while also not relying overly on team mates to create a lead in bot lane given a standard 2v2.

Availability: Depends on if I open or close my store. If opening, I am available around 6-6:15 CST, if I close I am available at 8:15 CST. I generally only close Thursday barring swapping shifts with a coworker. Wednesdays I work a second job and wont be able to practice. Saturdays after 6:15 CST, Sundays all day.

What makes a good team? From past experience either as a player on a team, or as the captain, one of the most important things is having everyone on the team on the same page concerning the team. Everyone needs to have a similar level of dedication.

Why do you want to join a team? I find ranked 5's to be the best way to play League. I am a huge fan of how much depth the game has, and not having a team limits the level of team play you can achieve.

Why are you a good addition to any team? I have several seasons worth of experience playing on 5's teams. Playing since pre-season 2 I also have a ton of game knowledge about nearly every aspect of league (just don't ask me about toplane matchups.) I spend a good bit of time trying to improve my macro game by watching both pro games and other VoDs.

  • Chose nami because i am really good at the champ and can carry fights by having huge AOE peel for your back line.
  • Chose Kench because he pretty much adds a 2nd hp bar to your adc, disrupts enemy combos and partially so i can unbench the kench!
  • Lastly soraka, i feel like she the only hyper carry support in the game just because she can heal for so much and long drawn out fights.

Availability: Right now i am free for all practice What makes a good team? A good team is formed when you can all be on the same page. A good team becomes better when every player can tell each other that there was nothing better you could of done and you put everything you had into the game. A great team stays great when you help each other become better in the game as well as becoming family outside of the game. Why do you want to join a team? I enjoy competing, love scrimming to improve myself and most of all i want to feed my passion for the game. Why are you a good addition to any team? I make a great team member because I know how to play on a team. Most people join teams with no team experience however, I have lots of teams i have been apart of. Learning something from each and every team i have been on was always on my mind. over the past few seasons i have acquired the knowledge of how to play support and how to communicate with a team. Also i have learned quite about what types of plays to make, when to take objectives, what exactly comms in the game should sound like and what champions actually do more for your team vs individual play. Another reason i am good addition is my out of league experiences. I have held the title of manager for 3 different brands over the years and learned how to be team player and lead by example. Lastly i want to tell you about my teams background. This year alone i have been on 4 teams. All of them competitive and all scrimmed with coaches involved. last season there were 4 teams as well with close to the same situations. Alright Everyone, The season is about to end in the next coming weeks, and the gears are about to start rolling. Tryouts start as soon as Season 6 ends on November 11th, 2016. This allows almost 2 weeks more time to get the minimum requirements completed before we start drafting the real teams.

Important Facts:

  1. Must register and become an initiate to the league of legends division in the Damage Incorporated Clan. Your commitment is being put to the test. If you can survive that then you will be able to breeze through the selection process. This is the website dmg-inc.com -> head over to the apply tab and read up on how to get started.   2. At least 20 games in ranked queue for each champion. We will be taking statistics of each game and calculating your averages.

Position: I prefer Jungle. I like helping every lane ganking, counter jungling, and applying pressure. I also like playing Initiators. Availability: Being married I can play on Monday, Thursday, and Friday after 7pm Pacific Time. I live in the Seattle area. On weekends, I can be flexible. What makes a good team? Communication, Teamwork, Showing up to practice on time Why do you want to join a team? Teamplay is more exciting, you make relationships...and while solo queue is great you really role the dice with potential flamers and leavers. Why are you a good addition to any team? I don't lose my cool and understand its a game and any loss is just an opportunity to learn from.
