NA, Serious ranked 5s team looking for TOP

As the title suggest, My team is looking for a g5 or higher Top laner due to elo restrictions for tournaments. Some must haves would be a flexible schedule that would allow you to practice 3-4 times during the weekdays, and atleast one day on the weekend to practice or play in tourney. You must also be able to get on team speak because this is our primary mode of communication.
