Makeing A Ranked team

i want to make a team that going to play about everyday and play for about 6 hours i want to make team that make it all the way to challenger i know that not easy that why looking for players that are ready to make a commitment to get good enough togther to make it that far not expecting for it to start out good or for us make it far quick but i am expecting everyone to be able to play a lot you have to be able to accept a lose and not rage quit or blame your teammates and take criticism same goes for me if i do something wrong tell me i want to improve just as much as anyone.

1 must have a mic 2 must be able to play everyday 3 want to improve 4 17+ 5 gold 5 +

need top,jungle,mid, and support

you need to know that if you join this team that you will be playing with same five people everyday for lot of hours you need to make sure you ready to commitme if you think that you can do these things add me

p.s today will be just to get everyone on the team we will start are first practice on monday
