looking for ranked 5v5 team

i been playing lol for long time now. now i am hopeing to instead of playing by my self that i can find group of people that i can play some ranked 5v5 with. what want to join is team were all we want to do is improve are self and each other as well as win but understand when we lose get back up after keep playing. looking for team that willing to watch reaply after every game and be able tell someone what they could have done better and for the other persone to accept what said try improve him self so he does not do it agian. want a team that can accept who i am and everyone on the team so we can be friends. in all i just want team that loves lol as much as i do.
