Making 3's Team and 5's Team

I am looking to put together a team of friendly cooperative players who have curse voice or skype. Must be willing to work cooperatively and nice to other players. You must also be willing to play any roles. I will have you fill out a team form and I will view over it. I will be making a couple of side captains also.

Time zone and times we will be normally playing: We will be available 2PM-10PM CST.
