Starting a gold+ team for solo que climbing! Need (top,Mid)

Im looking for people who are willing to listen to calls they may not agree with and follow up on a dime. Im also looking for players who want to play the game at a 5s macro level instead of 5 people playing solo que. The purpose of this team is to improve and talk about mistakes and have an open non toxic environment where we are all friendly and want to push each other to get better!. tryouts will just be my discretion and we will get a coach once team is assembled.
