[NA]-[Diamond+]-[LF Coach & Analyst]-[Building team from the ground up]

Hello, I am ncsarchon. I am working on building a team from the ground up, starting with finding coaches to help start it with me. I am looking for a head coach to be a stern voice that the players will listen to and a strategic coach or analyst to begin building with. I will give a brief description on what I am looking for out of both positions then input a link to an application to either position. Note: You may apply for both positions. After I decide on both of the coaches we will then proceed to try to find a player to build the team around. This player will most likely be a mid or adc but also has the possibility to be a top laner. This process may take a few weeks but we will work hard to get it done as fast as possible. The head coach must have a stern voice and be able to tell the players where they are preforming poorly and working with them and the analyst to improve the player in these areas. The head coach must also take the analyst suggestions in high regard as I expect them to have a better game knowledge than the head coach. The head coach must have a decent game knowledge however but the most important thing is that they have a stern voice and can give the players the harsh news or just bluntly say some of the areas where they need work or assistance. I would expect them to be less aggressive compared to the head coach so they must tell the head coach things in order to help get it through to the players. I am not saying that anything he tells the players has to go through the head coach, simply they since the head coach is more of the commanding figure if you feel like it is something that will be harder to get through to the player then them hearing it from the head coach will help the player to acknowledge what has been said. We will first find a player to build the team around as I have said, here is where I will be most involved in the recruitment process as I will make the player applications and go over all of them with you both. After we select this “franchise” player if you will then I will give the both of you more control on how you select the other positions. One thing however is that this franchise player will be a leading voice in who is selected for the team as he will be the player we are building around if you will.
