NA, Competetive 5v5 Team LF D2+ Players/Staff
To Potential Applicants,
Thank you for viewing my post. I'm JD Richards, President and General Manager of Serpentis eSports. A little about myself so as to not waste your time, and to lay out my expectations for you as a member of my organization. I'm a plat support main. I love League of Legends, and one day I will own a professional gaming team. I've been playing since the end of season 3 so im still pretty new to league. With that stated, I'm 28 years old, married, and successful. My wife is supportive of my desire to build an organization, and we are financially capable of paying for one. Ok, so now you know about me lets continue: As the title suggest I'm searching for higher ELO players (Diamond 2+) to fill the ranks of my gaming organization. Currently, I will need to fill the following position(s): Coach and/or analyst: Diamond 1 or Higher with excellent game knowledge, the ability to effectively communicate your ideas/criticism/and knowledge. In my opinion, the coaching staff will be the most important pieces of this organization. Players: Top-D2 or higher(must main top) Jungle-D2 or higher(must main Jungle) ADC-D2 or higher (must main ADC, or be willing to go to support) Support-D2 or higher (must be a Support main, or ADC capable of supporting).
The type of player(s) and coach(s) I am looking for would be a combination of the following: Mature, Dedicated, Responsible, Accountable, Respectable, and Skillful. I will not waiver in my standards just because I player has more qualities then the other. My ideal player will be a healthy combination of each of these traits. If a player fails to demonstrate these qualities, they will not be apart of my vision. If you do not currently posses these qualities, then I respectfully ask you not to waste either of our time.
On to what I can I provide for you. Once the team has reached Challenger in ranked 5's I will then begin the process of transporting players, establishing a gaming house for players and coaching staff, as well as fast and reliable internet for each player. Groceries will be provided, and eventually a community vehicle for you guys to use. As I stated before, I need mature players who value this opportunity for what it is, and what it can be. As of right now, I can provide you a dedicated TeamSpeak for communications. Once you achieve the required ranked 5s rank, then we will move forward with the costly part.
Interested players will need to have the capability and availability to practice at different times at least until we can finalize a roster and set times that work for everyone.
