Silver ADC looking for support to duo with

Posted this before and found someone i played well with, and then i havent seen him since. looks like our times don't match up, so posting it again.

First off I don't believe my opinions are the end all be all of league of legends, I'm wrong on a LOT of shit, but, I'm trying to find someone who wants to work with me and turn into a good duo so we can both climb.

I like supports who will keep roaming to a minimum, or, who roam in opportune times, like if we get a kill in bot lane and the other has to recall, go roam mid or something.

I like supports who recall when i recall, nothing is worse than getting back to lane and having to either 2v1 the enemy or sit under my tower and get no cs because my support wanted to stay and get 4 minion kills before backing.

I like supports who are okay with my choice of champion picks, likewise I'm pretty fine with ALMOST any support pick, but, I hate playing in a janna lane :s

Prefer to play with people close to my age, I'm 25. Some younger players are absolutely fine, but alot of you, yes you, reading my topic, you, the 16 year old. A lot of YOU are annoying as fuck on voice chat. <3

Someone who can play everyday preferably, if you can play most days that's fine also.

Someone who down the line would be interested in joining / making a ranked team.

Someone who is low ranked, so that way when i tell you something, or suggest something you listen to me, again, i know my opinion isn't the end all be all.

Someone who understands things like positioning in lane, last hitting under tower, peeling in team fights. ( if you're a good listener, all of this can be worked on together ).

Someone who believes most games are won and lost based on decisions made during the game. Champion picks and item builds do affect games, but, decisions are what win or lose games.
