Introduction Hi my name is Alex but you can call me Akon or Alex whichever you prefer. My team is currently looking for a serious mid and jungler. Of course you'll be required to take this team seriously, show up at practice every day on time, and follow the meta. If for whatever reason you cannot make a practice please let me know a day beforehand or as soon as possible. We're also not interested in ragers or toxic players.

Schedule Mondays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Tuesdays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Wednesdays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Thursdays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Fridays - 7:30 pm to 10/11 pm Central Weekends - OFF

Champ Pool Each role will be expected to know at least 3-5 champs in their preferred role that I list.

Are you willing to learn/adapt to the meta? - I know my ways in the past were very stick to what I know and only play that But I've adapted to a new mind set of learning and accepting that meta changes and what works changes and am willing to do what is needed.

Can you accept constructive criticism? - I am very open to constructive criticism I know that when a teammate says hey you can do this better and here is how that they are only trying to help and only want us to grow as players and if there is something that I can do to better myself for the team then that is what I'm willing to do. Do you have Skype with a working mic? - Indeed I do have both of these things.

Why do you want to join this team? - The reason why I want to join a team again is that I love the competitive nature I love knowing that I have a set of guys to be competitive with and look to learn something new about this game from each game we play. I also love playing in a team environment instead of playing solo because of my background in playing sports, I have always played sports my whole life so I know what it is like to be a team mate to someone and I also know what its like to be the leader because I have lead teams before, some with great success and others that end with a fiery demise.

What is your ranked 5s experience? - My experience with ranked 5s comes in a great amount of quantity I have been playing it for three seasons now and I have learned what it is like to be part of a team that is on the up and ups and also be part of a team where we start off strong but then lack for a little while due to miss plays from everyone on the team not just one specific person. So if someone were to ask me if I would consider myself a team player I would say that yes I truly am because of the time I have put into learning team play.

Why should we pick you? - Why you should pick me is I have a great passion for this game and for wanting to be my best that I can be. I know that in the past it may have seemed like I disliked my role and that I wasn't trying hard enough but I really do enjoy it because I enjoy helping people I don't need to be in a carry role to have fun playing this game. I play more for the team than I do for myself unlike I did in the past. In the past I played selfishly and only cared about myself and not the team. With that being said and my mindset changing I believe that I would be a great help to the team as learning adaptive jungle type of player that I am working toward becoming.

I want to join this team because it is clear that you are very passionate about improving. What is your ranked 5s experience? - A few games in actual Ranked 5s, and many in dynamic queue. I understand that it is drastically different from solo queue, and it takes 100 times more focus to stay ahead. Why should we pick you? - I am passionate, skilled, and am an incredibly active and aware communicator, often pointing out junglers on deep wards, calling MIAs in other lanes, etc. In addition, I am a dynamic player, and a reasonable shot caller, who can still collaborate with the team's decision even when it's not what I wanted to do.

Why do you want to join this team? - I have been looking for a team since ranked 5s were removed, and have hit a slump ever since Dynamic Queue really took off... I am at a huge disadvantage when it comes to Dynamic Queue because Platinum is full of 4 and 5 man pre-mades. Besides all of that; I don't play this game for fun, I play to win. I don't doubt that one day I will reach Challenger. What is your ranked 5s experience? - I have been on several different teams when ranked teams were a thing. The highest ranked team I was a part of ended as a Gold 1 team.
