Pure Sanctuary looking for players for ranked 5v5/ tournament team. Diamond+

Hello, I am the owner and manager of a new team called Pure Sanctuary. Pure Sanctuary is a multi-gaming team speak server and community that has gladly let me represent their server and community through a league of legends competitive team that will compete and tournaments and play under a challenger rank in 5v5s. This team is looking for a full roster and is hosting tryouts as soon as we can get a full team put together. We would gladly let everyone try out who has a solo que rank of at least Diamond 5 and mains a specific role either in ranked 5v5s or in solo que. The practice schedule has not been made yet due to the fact that we will work around the players that eventually make the official roster for the team. I also have made a basic application that I would like everyone, who wishes to have a try out, to fill out.
