Vulkeen eSports Seeking Dedicated Manager (Please Read!)

Hi there, my name is Glitch and I'm the team Captain for Vulkeen eSports League of Legends team. We are looking for a dedicated manager to help us manage administrative duties as well as interpersonal debates within the team as an unbiased middleman.

In terms of duties, we are looking for someone to manage social media presence, find tournaments for our team beyond what we've done ourselves, mediate during discussions, assist with scheduling, and work with upper management within our organization and / or sponsors beyond what we currently have. Anything above and beyond (coaching, strategies, 1 on 1 training, replay analysis) is beneficial but not in any way mandatory.

Our team is mature, (we discuss, we don't insult or flame) and as such we are seeking someone like-minded as a manager that approaches situations fairly and hears both / all sides to a conflict or discussion, and does their best to mediate in a constructive way. We are all in our mid to late 20's, and as such would prefer someone around that age or older. (not due to lack of maturity, but just a fundamental understanding of life situations at that age)

We currently have a few sponsors, but would like to expand both on sponsors and social media presence, and have done a few tournaments.

Anything further, I'd love to discuss with you in person and get to know you!

Please post applications with any past experience that could be relevant to this position, (manager at work, ran previous eSports teams, bowling team Captain, anything!) a method of contact, be it in-game Summoner name, email, skype, Twitter handle, whatever works for you, and a little blurb about yourself.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Name: Vince Age: 25 Experience: Managed for League of Legends teams in Summer 2013 and Summer 2014. Most successful team would have to be Trueshot, winning team of the New Generations Gaming Season 3 Lower Division Grand Finals. Started up and currently am the owner of Trueshot Management (previously a managing company, now focuses on technology). As long as I am only needed for one team, then I will consider coming out of retirement to continue working with a committed amateur online team. I am also available to train and/or review manager(s) to work in my style (maybe even better).

I am able to provide all documentations and logs of the teams I have managed for only if the organization is interested in acquiring me. When contacting me, please provide a detailed list of required time from myself, how frequently I must report to authority figures, and compensation.

Name: Raymond Age: 23 Experience: Coach, manager, and macro analyst for high elo teams. I will talk more about team levels and such but I have some connections to very high tier teams and could get scrimms and such if the team is good enough. I am an advid watcher of many different leagues in the pro scene. With this knowledge i share different startegies of how to win. But I would rather be a manager than a coach because I have little knowledge of micro game.(I am not good at League of Legends myself) I have ran tournaments for League of Legends and helped out with some. I have been a caster of a few tournaments. I also was a community leader and head of 2 different organizations. I have owned my own website/community/company. I have been searching for a team to manage for a while now but none have seemed at a high enough level for me to manage full time.

Best way to get a hold of me is just adding me in league I am on 24/7 and check it often. IGN KingsEntourage. From there I will give skype and TS server that we can talk on.
