Seeking Dedicated, Consistent Top Laner!

Hi there, my name is Glitch, myself and my team are looking for people around our skill level (Gold 5 or higher) to play regularly with and improve together. We represent an amateur gaming organization, with minor sponsor deals we need to uphold, and are looking for serious and professionally composed players only. You will be contacted by me, and we'd move on from there.

Current Roster:

Sub - RayRicesLeftHook (Gold 5) Sub - OPEN (???)

Practices are around 8:30 EST to 1am EST 2-5 days a week depending on work schedules / availabilities, usually Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Please do not post if this is not possible for you.

We are seeking committed players. I do not place members on roster based on skill, but overall 'gelling' with the team, and how well communication and play style fit with what the team currently have going on. I have a very low tolerance for missed practices, (without communication as to why) and zero tolerance for missed practices due to Solo Queue, playing with friends, stuff like that. We are asking for 4 hours of your time to get better as a team, and overall do not have an excessive practice schedule. If it is outside of your availability, please do not fill out an application.

In terms of communication, having a smartphone is preferable, as I use a group chat app to communicate outside of League. Our organization provides a chat application you will need to download as well.

Please do not post here if you can't commit to a practice schedule, can't give 100% every game the team plays in, be it normals or ranked, or flake out after a week of playing.

If you miss one (1) practice, you will be subbed out for that practice and the following one. If you miss two (2) practices, you will be subbed until you can prove you can make it to practices on time. I am not interested in casual players, I AM interested in people who are strongly committed to improving themselves and improving as a team.
