AnVil Gaming Pro Team Recruitment - Placements to Challenger [PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION]

Greeting Summoners

I'm a 16 year-old Korean Platinum 3 Support player looking to hopefully make a successful team, now don't let the age fool you I'm much more mature than it seems. I know there is a seemingly large amount of people out there recruiting and hoping to join a team. And I'm here sick and tired of being stood up by the teams I have joined, so without further of due let's get on too some serious business.

Background So basically I'm here making this page to say that I'm tired of teams standing me up especially since I just joined a few teams, And so I'm here to make one instead. So my reason of making this is that I'm not just looking for players that are DEDICATED but will also COMMIT to this team. I'm in a rather sad but stupid situation, I will admit I'm not doing too hot in school, my grades are rather overly average but that's besides the point, the point is, is that I am literally COMMITTING my life to this game, and I must go PRO or I'm working my ass off, but I can't do it without you're help. Previously in Season 5 I was placed in Bronze 2 and spent my entire summer break to get to Platinum 3 by myself (essentially), now the Pre-Season info has come out, I read it, and now they're adding the new "Dynamic Queue". Though it's good when you're playing with friends, it's however not good if there will be trolls and that it's now all about teamwork and not solo, and I'm not risking that. So now it's present and it's still Pre-Season, but we're running out of time, hell I'm running out of time so if you have read this much please understand the situation I'm in.

Planning Throughout the course of this week, to be exact Monday - Friday, I will be talking to those who have commented there applications and friended me, I may however extend the deadline to next week depending on how many people sign up.

Requirements

1. Must not only be a Dedicated player but a Committed one (I don't wanna waste you're time and I definitely don't wanna waste my own time)
2. Recommended that you're a Gold 3 or higher (if lower ranked there may be an exception)
3. Not a raging type
4. A great attitude that includes the patience to work with other players and learn together
5. Please have a mic. Voice communication in team games is essential
6. Be willing to admit your mistakes and learn from them
7. Not really a requirement but also be happy to meet new people
8. Don't think your better than others

I hope there will be people here to tryout and decide to commit to the same goal that we all wish to be and that is to become a Pro League player, once the team has a solid roster we will practice in normal's to get a feel for each other than we will play ranked 5s to test ourselves before pre-season is over.
