Stuck in Gold, Someone good help me improve?

Been stuck in Gold since season 4. I really want to improve at the game, I love league, and I'm looking for a Plat+ player to teach me to play better. Its time I get to Plat T^T ive been in Gold too long. Im really dedicated and willing to learn. I main Fizz mid. I realize that sometimes I am over-aggressive, and my cs could use some work. But there must be something else that is keeping me in this Elo for such a long time. Maybe playing with Plat or Diamond will teach me what I am doing wrong.
