Need A Active Committed Team

I dont play ranked often but i'm a fairly decent player that when paired with other players who also understand the strategy of the rift, the games move easily. I main JG and Supp, and if you look at my overall past few games, wins or losses, I have really decent k/d. Even as unorthodox roles like Garen jg. You laugh. But tanks run jg now. I want to build a team that plays atleast a few nights a week and has group chat abilities. I was once S3 in solo but now B3. Because thats what happens when you solo.
