Looking for a Duo Partner.

I am currently in Bronze 3. I have been in Silver every season I have been in. I have been having troubles getting out of bronze so far. It seems every game I am in, I always have a troll or someone who is feeding. I would like to reach gold with a duo partner. I prefer skype or curse as a chat system, but if you can't use those, it is alright. I believe I am an above average bronze player.
