Sometimes when Cho'Gath ults a champion and kills them, it says it should go to half the CD time. At some points this does happen, and sometimes it does not. There isn't a problem when you ult a creep or monster, but it seems to happen sometimes when you ult and kill the champion.
ive noticed this too and i was a little confused about it because ive never gotten the reduced cooldown when killing an enemy champion
I have been playing a lot of chogath recently, and i've seen this problem not just with champions but with some minion kills as well, i would get the ult stack, but still have the full cool down.
the reduced CD is only supposed to activate when you ult and kill a minion or jungle monster.
