Need help getting out of Silver

I'm tired of flamers, trolls, and "drunk and high" people ruining my games. I UNDERSTAND not everyone is "LCS" material and not everyone is going to go 20/0 every game. My past few games have been horrendous, with a Jax going 0/4 in 10 minutes and we won but then the next game our Sejuani was "drunk" along with our Yasuo and theyd go into 1v5's (seperately) and be like "OMG TEAM WOW IM DONE, D U N DONE" Like what the fuck. Someone, preferably a smurf, help me. IGN is Rokioux I'm not the best in the world but I can carry my own weight, also looking for pointers and some advice would be nice.
