Looking to start up a R5's team. Everything except ADC open for now!

I am looking to start up a team that is for fun, but to also take the game seriously and communicate to get the win. Please do not add me if you are just gonna leave after one loss or one bad game. Everyone does badly, and i mean everyone. I am Gold 1 and I will be maining ADC. I do not have much experience on a team because of everyone leaving after one loss or deleting me for one bad game. You will never go anywhere in life with that attitude, just move on every game is different.

I would like for everyone to have curse voice or skype, curse doesnt take up much pc performance though, so it would be better. Also be at least Silver 1, I don't want the skill level to be that big because there is a difference between Bronze and Gold and even Silver. But we will try to improve and have good communication and become good friends as well! Games are for fun after all! Please be mature as well.
