I want to make a ranked team

Hi, I am looking to make a ranked team of golds or high silvers. The goal of this team is not just for wards, although they are cool and all. I want to be able to climb and learn from our mistakes. I will be playing ADC, so every other position is open.

IGN - quadra manager Role- top Rank-Gold 2 Age - 18 Champion pool - (for top I assume) main quinn, play urgod, Lissandra, Mundo, Chogath, Malphite Availabilty - A hell ton of time on the weekends. Usually 10-12pm EST, yet available earlier many other days too. Some experience with my friends who really don't play anymore. Strengths - Not stupidly aggressive nor defensive. Open to critics. Weakness - idk. Some games I'm really good at one thing, some times another, also depends on the champ I play.
