Gold 1 Team LF Plat+ ADC main for Ranked 5's.

Hello, my name is Frewsa and I'm a Platinum 4 top lane main and the captain of an already established Ranked 5's team. I'm looking for a High gold, low platinum level ADC to replace the current ADC who for personal reasons was unable to continue to play with us. What I'm looking for First and foremost, I am looking for a player that plays this game very regularly and consistently. I am not looking for someone that plays a couple games with friends on the weekend. I am looking for someone that loves this game and plays multiple games a day. Secondary to that, I am looking for someone who is vocal in game and out, does well accepting constructive criticism, and can keep an even temper. As far as in game play is concerned, I would like to have people that have focused champ pools. For example, I prefer someone who has 250 games on Gragas over someone who has 12 games each on Vi, Sejuani, Jarvan, Rek'sai, Gragas, and Nunu. I would also prefer people with good awareness/decision making over mechanical prowess, although both would be ideal. Thank you for your consideration.
