personal coach?

I have been posting various things throughout the forums trying to learn and I honestly feel that I have gotten better. However, I was thinking "what if I had a high ranked friend that could help me?" What I mean by that is having a plat+ person that didn't mind mentoring my silver-ness. Whether it be spectating games and giving me notes, or playing with me (norms are fine). I'm trying to learn adc and middle and I feel my over all mechanics have increased, but not my general game knowledge. So if anyone is interested my ign is Lavacrush. I'm also up to skype or curse voice :)
