Plat 2 Top/Jungler looking for team.

I'm looking for a team that can pull out scheduled practices every week and that wants to do tournaments every once in a while. I am in the EST timezone. Since I am in university, school will always be prioritized but my schedule is very flexible and I can play most nights from 5-6 to 11-12 pm.

I'm looking for a team that has gold + ish members. I can accept critisism well and I also record every game to look at them after when something good or bad happened. I am confident to be a shotcaller, but if there is already one in place I will always follow his calls and talk about them after if they were bad, since it's better to follow a call as a group and failing it than people ditching the call and still failing it.

I am mature, fun to play with and hopefully if you have any question I can answer them if you add me in game. Thank you for your time! :)
